Bamboo Nappies
Bamboo washable nappies have become very popular for several reasons:
* They are slimmer than cotton nappies.
* They remain silky soft to touch even in hard water areas.
* Bamboo nappies are just as absorbent as cotton.
* Bamboo nappies are naturally anti-bacterial.
* Bamboo thrives naturally without the need for lots of intensive farming.
Bamboo nappies tend to be more expensive than cotton nappies, however if your priority is a slim fit, and if you live in a hard water area, these are well worth considering.

UK brand. TotsBots Bamboozles are made to the same tried and tested design as their cotton nappy, but using silky soft bamboo fibre instead. The bamboozle has a removable booster, which attaches by means of 2 plastic snaps at the front of the nappy. This means you can easily reduce the size of the nappy to slim the fit down even more, and likewise you can add in absorbency by adding the booster. The removable booster also makes the nappy dry a bit faster. Available in a choice of either popper or aplix fastening, and in two sizes: size 1 fits babies up to around 20lbs, and size 2 fits from about 18-35lbs. The size 2 popper nappy can be adjusted to fit a younger baby, by removing the booster and folding down the front of the nappy to reveal an extra row of poppers, this makes a very economical birth to potty option.
