Nappy Liners

Liners are the final layer of the system, and provide a thin barrier between the nappy and baby's bottom. This is to keep the bottom largely dry (dryness will vary from liner to liner), and hopefully poo is confined to the liner, rather than the nappy – which makes changing time much easier. There are essentially two types of nappy liner: with washable liners, poo should be removed from the liner into the toilet before the liner is added to the bucket and then eventually washed; with flushable liners, the nappy is simply shaken over the toilet and liner, poo and all are flushed away.

Please note our fleece liners are now rectangular in shape. These are truly miraculous liners, made from 100% polyester fleece. This allows urine to pass through, and keeps baby's bottom incredibly dry: which in turn seems to keep the dreaded nappy rash at bay. I've had dry bottoms with fleece liners even after trips to toddler groups, when my babies do nothing but drink! For the most part, poo is very easy to clean off fleece: simply stretch the liner snappily over the toilet, and the poo simply bounces off. More stubborn traces can be easily rinsed away. These liners are excellent as the final layer of your nappy system, but for those difficult teething times, when babies' bottoms seem to go into overdrive, you could try using a fleece liner for dryness with a flushable paper liner on top of it, for easy disposal of waste!

The liners are rectangular shaped, and are usually supplied in white. They are one (reasonably large) size, and can be folded down at one end or another if they're initially too long for your baby's nappy.

Fleece is a wonderful fabric for nappy stuff: you can wash it at virtually any temperature (though 60 degrees is perfectly adequate) and tumble dry it.

Customer Reviews:
Lovely and soft next to babys skin. keeps babys skin as fresh and dry as a disposable nappy. Much nicer for his skin than the disposable liners i was using before. Definately recommended.

These liners are fantastic. They keep my daughter's bottom nice and dry, even when she's been in her nappy overnight (up to 12 hours) and the nappy itself is soaked.
