Muslin squares have a multitude of uses for new parents, however they are also ideal as newborn nappies. Being so slim and lightweight, they are easily folded to make a very neat slim fit on tiny bottoms. If you find you need a bit more absorbency, add a booster. You can fold them in the same ways as normal terry squares, however on a newborn it may be helpful to start out with the muslin already folded into a square, and then proceed from there. Remember you will need waterproof outer nappy covers with all terry nappies! Listed under Nappy Covers, all the ones we stock are suitable for use with terry squares.
