All payment details are completed through Sagepay, an online secure payment centre and all details are encrypted. By Phone: If you prefer to order and give payment details by phone, please  give us a call on 01865 408040.  The best time of day to place a phone order is between 9am and 2pm, though we're often available at other times too - do leave a message if you get the machine and we'll call you back as soon as we can.  By Cheque: The quickest and easiest way is to complete our online checkout process, however if you prefer to post your order, please send details of the items you require, along with your payment, to: Plush Pants Terry Nappies 40 Westfield Road Long Wittenham Abingdon Oxfordshire OX14 4RF Please note that we allow 7 working days for cheque payments to clear before the goods can be despatched. By BACS Please make BACS payment to: Sort Code: 30 99 03 Account Number: 01132781 Your order will be despatched once we have received payment in the bank. By cash: I am happy to accept cash in face-to-face transactions. Please do not send cash through the post. Prices & Delivery I aim to have all orders despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your cleared payment for them (about 90% are!), although in busy periods and school holidays, please allow a little longer. If you are paying by cheque, please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched. I do advise that you allow up to 14 days between placing your order and receiving your goods – this will allow plenty of time for the unforeseen and, in most circumstances, your order will be delivered well within this time. However, my despatch routine is as follows: If you are paying by card, I aim to despatch your order within two working days of receiving payment. If you are paying by cheque, I aim to despatch your order as soon as your cheque has cleared (please allow 7 working days for this). On top of this, please allow at least 7 days for delivery, from the date of despatch (so 9 days for a card order, 14 days for a cheque order). If you are local to the Abingdon area and prefer to collect your goods, please telephone me to arrange a mutually convenient time to do this. If you have paid the postage charge this will be refunded on collection. Standard Delivery £2.95 Express Delivery £7.95 Standard delivery orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, heavy parcels may be sent by courier. Express delivery orders may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or 24 hour courier, whichever we deem most appropriate.  If you require your order by Express Delivery (guaranteed next working day service for orders placed before 12noon, orders placed after 12noon are dispatched the next working day) , then please indicate this on your order form. In this case, the postage charge will be £7.95 irrespective of the value of the order. These prices apply to UK mainland only. If you would like an order shipping outside of this area, please contact me for a quotation. Back Orders If an item is out of stock, I will automatically place it on back order for you, and your invoice will advise that this has been done. You are welcome to contact me for an estimated delivery date for back ordered goods. If you would prefer to cancel your back order, you are also welcome to do that. The automated payment systems we use mean that you will be automatically charged for the full order at the time you place it, even if an item is out of stock. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its new and re-saleable condition within 14 days and I will send you a replacement, or refund you the purchase price (excluding P&P). Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns. I cannot refund or credit washed/used nappies or wraps. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using - if you have ordered a large number of nappies, it might be sensible only to wash a few to begin with, until you're sure you're happy with your purchase. When returning goods, I recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. If you have faulty goods, please contact me before returning them. Faulty goods will usually be repaired or replaced if possible at no cost to you. Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 days which starts when you receive your goods. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Terry Nappies .co.uk's obligation to inform you of your rights, and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed. The cost of returning unwanted items rests with the customer. Privacy Policy Terry Nappies .co.uk will NOT disclose any buyer's information collected by ourselves either by email or given at the time of ordering, to any third parties. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. I may from time to time use your postal and/or email address details to send you further information which may be of interest to you, if you have indicated in the order process that you wish to receive offers and information from us. Such information will only be in relation to Terry Nappies .co.uk products and services and at no time will your personal information be divulged to third parties.
