All in one nappies have the terry nappy and outer waterproof cover permanently attached, so it's just the same as changing a disposable except you wash it. These nappies often appeal to new parents as they are very easy to use, however do bear in mind that on tiny newborns some of these nappies will come up a bit big at first - particularly if they are of the "one size fits most" variety - so these nappies may work better if your baby is already 2-3 months old and has filled out a bit. All in one nappies tend to be slower drying than two part terry nappies, but are a useful backup for when you're out, or if your child is going to nursery and they're unsure about folding terry squares. If you are concerned about the drying time, you may want to consider pocket nappies instead.
